Return policy

Conditions of products return within 7 working days

If you are unsatisfied with some of goods purchased, you can return that products to us within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

If you want to return goods, please send a request by email to info@souvenirbay.com, with information: the order number, product code, product name, quantity and shortly describe the reason You don't like it, i.e. bad item's quality, damaged package and so on. We'll send you Document of return which you'll need to add it to the returned goods.

You can return the goods if they are not used. The goods are intact and lost not merchantable.

This products can not be returned:

audio and video recordings, computer software (if they unpacked or in violation of the packaging protection)
newspapers, magazines or other periodicals
